Project Management Graduate Scheme - September 2025
Project Management Graduates are based in a single division for a 12-month development programme with the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects.
You will work cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders from around the wider business to drive projects in new product development and key design changes to existing product lines.
You'll gain experience in:
- Managing a technical project through a product development process or design change process
- Leading and organising meetings with relevant stakeholders across the business to achieve project objectives
- Creating and communicating project management plans and other key project documentation.
- Time, cost forecasting and reporting
- Project risk assessment/mitigation
- Proactive management of the project scope/contingency planning
- Quality
