Our Safran Seats Graduate Programme
Safran Seats is one of the world’s leading suppliers of aircraft seating and globally has over one million seats equipping the fleets of major airlines. In the UK, we have three sites collectively employing over 1000 highly skilled people, with the majority based in South Wales. In the UK, we specialise solely in First and Business Class products, providing an end-to-end service, which encompasses product design, engineering, manufacture and in-service support to the airline while the seat is in-service.
Joining our team, you will be welcomed into a culture of continuous innovation in a cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing environment. You will undertake a two-year Graduate programme consisting of a number of placements within the research and technology, engineering, manufacturing and aftermarket functions, helping you to fully experience and understand Safran seats, and the work we do.
People development is a top priority for Safran as a multinational corporation. Our people are our most valued asset, as we aim to deliver high performing, safer, and more environmentally friendly technology solutions. Safran continually invest in developing our employees’ skills and expertise and support them throughout their careers.
