Our UK Graduate Programme
Joining our Finance team, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive professional culture, and will be able to get stuck in with hands-on financial work across our business. Our two-year Finance programme typically consists of a number of placements helping you to fully experience and understand Safran, and the work we do.

What will I be doing on this graduate programme?
On this two-year rotational development scheme you will gain a broad knowledge from multiple financial departments. Joining a collaborative and supportive social environment with a view to becoming a future leader and expert at Safran you will be learning all things finance from handling asset accounts, to conducting variant analysis and managing overhead reporting. In addition, your input into the continued transformation of reporting methods to become quicker and smarter enabling the analysis of data and identifying improvements.

What skills do I need?
- A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a Finance-related subject.
- Strong IT and data analytics skills
- Work experience in finance is preferred but not essential.
