What will I be doing on this graduate programme?
During your 2-year graduate programme within the facilities team, you will be involved in capital projects delivering new equipment and infrastructure in-line with the sites current and future needs. Your role could involve, but not be limited to:
- Being involved in the 5-year strategic plan, looking at how we use the latest technologies to anticipate future needs e.g., Virtual reality and digital modelling and simulation.
- Exposure to the Tooling, CAM and maintenance departments, looking at how we measure and improve the services to our internal customers.
- Working with a number of different people including surveyors, professional bodies, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Data analysis to assist in informed decisions.
- Working with software such as CATIA V5 for 3D modelling and analysis and AUTOCAD to modify CAD layout drawings.

What skills do I need?
- A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Facilities Engineering
- A Passion for Low Carbon/NetZero agenda
- A self-starter who is looking to develop their skills within a progressive facilities department.
