Our UK Graduate Programme
Joining our Operations Management team, you’ll be welcomed into a culture of continuous innovation, with unique projects and experiences to enjoy. The two-year Graduate programme typically consists of a number of placements designed to get you involved in all aspects our Production Operation – starting at assembly, machining and special processes, through to quality, supply chain and planning.

What will I be doing on this graduate programme?
This role is a project-based roles that will see you liaising between teams and people across the business. You will rotate around 3 key areas including special processes, general production and the assembly line. During your 2 years, your role could involve but not be limited to:
- Being involved in investigation projects from a process and change management perspective
- Taking data from projects and communicating the necessary information to the people involved
- Using PDM to manage production across all sites
- Using CATIA to understand technical drawings
- Reporting using PowerBI

What skills do I need?
- A 2.1 or above (or equivalent) in Engineering or Business Management
- Based in the South-West, or willing to re-locate to the local area.
