This is your chance to join an exciting Graduate Data Academy Programme in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ambitious self-starters can truly make a significant impact. We’re a dedicated and passionate team of sports enthusiasts, who work hard to make things happen.

The Role:

During the 18-month programme you will spend time in three different key functions in the business, our BI & Data, CRM and Tech team allowing a unique opportunity to gain insight into the technical workings of a successful online retail business.

• Data & BI – Learn how we use data to show the right content to the right member, to spend marketing money wisely and effectively, to buy the right products, to find and deal with supply chain issues quickly.
• CRM – Learn how we smartly and efficiently create, develop and send email content to our to our 10 million member base, focusing on increasing revenue and growing the business. 
• Tech – Learn what it takes to be part of a successful Technology team in an ecommerce business. Our team covers the full development process including Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance and DevOps.

What Are We Looking For?

• 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a numerate degree
• High attention to detail, finding satisfaction in getting things “right”
• Passion for data and accuracy
