What You’ll Do:
Your focus will be on building lasting partnerships with brokers and third-party intermediaries (TPIs) while delivering a top-notch supplier proposition. In a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, you’ll adapt to client needs, manage deals with precision, and play a key role in driving business growth.
Here’s what your role will involve:
- Building strong, trusted relationships with brokers/TPIs.
- Managing complex tenders from initial enquiry to deal acceptance.
- Making strategic commercial decisions on pricing and deal structures.
- Achieving financial growth targets through retention, upselling, and new sales.
- Developing expertise in the company’s suite of services to provide tailored customer solutions.
- Promoting the company’s strategy, goals, and values with every interaction.
- Collaborating with business support and operations teams to ensure smooth deal processes.
- Representing the company at events, TPI meetings, and business development opportunities.

About You:
- Experience in sales or account management (must be at least 18 months experience).
- Experience working in the energy sector is preferable.
- Numerate with good analytical skills.
- Fast learner and enthusiastic about learning new subjects.
