Each role will have slightly different training methods based on the skills required for that position. Training could involve retail and business skills workshops, store inductions, personal development plans and reviews, work placements, and shadowing experienced professionals.

What you need
A degree and 5 GCSE's at A* to C are the only educational requirements. Different roles will require different degrees - for example, Purchasing and Distributing would require a degree in a numerate subject. Other essential skills include team working, motivation, leadership, communication skills, attention to detail and organisational skills. Commercial awareness is an essential characteristic for applicants.
