Barclays PLC (LSE: BARC, NYSE: BCS) is a global banking and financial services company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. As of 2010 it was the world's 10th-largest banking and financial services group and 21st-largest company according to a composite measure by Forbes magazine. It has operations in over 50 countries and territories across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America and around 48 million customers. As of 30 June 2010 it had total assets of €1.94 trillion, the third-largest of any bank worldwide (after BNP Paribas and HSBC).
Barclays' primary listing is on the London Stock Exchange and it is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. It has a secondary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

All programmes follow the same basic structure but each offers its own distinct experience, making it important that you think carefully about which area might suit your interests, aspirations and personality best.
Programme duration & structure:
All our programmes are two years in length. Having joined a specific team, you will complete a number of rotations relevant to your career path. This will give you the breadth and depth of knowledge you need to succeed in you
What you need:
To join a Barclays Corporate graduate programme, you must have achieved, or be expecting to achieve, a minimum of:
- 2.1 degree (or equivalent, all disciplines considered)
- GCSE English and Maths at grades A–C (or equivalent)
