The BT graduate scheme
BT's training schemes involve a number of core and streamed modules to prepare graduates for the jobs they will be moving into when their training is complete. BT also supports its graduates intending to increase their career prospects by taking relevant industry and job-specific exams.

What you need
At least a 2:1 degree, though a 2:2 is acceptable if that applicant also has a post-graduate degree, and 280 UCAS points is the requirement for BT's graduate programmes. A grade B in GCSE maths is required for the Finance roles. Applicants should posses integrity, leadership, team-work and communication skills, be well coordinated, creative and enthusiastic in the area they have applied for. Strong business acumen is also a useful quality for all schemes.
