The Metropolitan Police graduate scheme
When it comes to graduate opportunities, we offer a choice. You can apply for the Police Now Leadership Development Programme, or opt for the College of Policing Fast Track Programme. Both offer the kind of carefully structured learning that's great preparation for a career at the highest levels. However, these are very different Programmes, which each have their own benefits.
The Fast Track Programme, run in partnership with the College of Policing, is equally testing. However, this involves three years of rigorous learning designed to take you from Constable to Inspector. If you've got ambition, determination and vision, this option will help you accelerate through the ranks through a blend of classroom-based training and on-the-job development.
Whichever programme you choose, you can expect exceptional training, unparalleled support and a launch pad for leadership roles.
