Morgan Stanley's training process starts with an intensive 5 week course that introduces graduates to the pressures of the industry. After this, the training programme puts graduates on the front line under direct guidance of experienced professionals, and gives them as much responsibility as they can handle from day one. The programme exposes graduates to a range of industries and clients, allowing them to narrow down their interest area(s) for their future career. Rotations in other business areas are available. After the first year, graduates can begin to specialise in an industry, product or geographic region.
