Commercial Programme:
This 18-month programme offers:
- Three placements, each designed to develop your skills and give you a broad insight into our work
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Support towards professional qualifications (where applicable)
- Your own dedicated 'buddy'

Technical Programme:
You'll be 'tagged' to a directorate in the business on day one and over the next 18 months, you'll typically undertake three placements - two in your home directorate, one elsewhere to broaden your business understanding - each tailored to give you the key skills and knowledge needed to carry out your work. You'll work with a mentor and a 'buddy' to ensure you get the most out of your time on the programme.

What you need:
For the Commercial Programme graduates should be studying either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Any engineering discipline, Business Studies, Management, Economics, Applied Maths, Statistics, Geography, Law, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Business Property, Facility Management, Property and Development Surveying, Urban Planning and Development, Information Technology Management for Business (ITMB), Business and Computing, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, History, English.

Technical Programme:
You should be studying either a BEng or MEng in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Applied Maths
