The Sky graduate scheme
All Sky graduates begin with thorough corporate and departmental inductions. You'll learn about our company history, your business area, Sky products and content choice and how the customer is at the heart of all we do. We also offer forums to give you the chance to network with other Sky graduates and receive business and training updates. You'll also have a buddy assigned to you before you even join to help you discover more about the way we do things at Sky. As a business, we're all about choice, and many of our graduate programmes give you the chance to gain professional qualifications as part of your training, such as CIMA and CIM.
Training involves on the job experience and mentoring schemes, so graduates can gain first hand experience whilst developing their communication skills at the same time. What you need:
Sky looks for graduates with a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline and 300 UCAS points. Discipline is an essential characteristic, in addition to good communication skills, problem solving abilities and excellent ambition. As well as good academic abilities, Sky is looking for friendly, irrepressible and fun graduates to join their ranks.
