The Slaughter and May graduate scheme
Graduates can expect a two year training period where they will become acclimatised to the firm's business practices. Slaughter and May offers opportunities to intern at partner firms after completion of training and the prospect of moving to its partner companies in other countries.
What you need:
Slaughter and May considers applicants with a good 2:1 degree in any discipline and three strong A-Level grades (or equivalent). Slaughter and May requires graduates with strong interpersonal skills, independent thought, strong analytical skills, sharp intellect, commercial awareness and a sense of humour. Applicants must be enthusiastic and motivated for a career in law. A law background is not essential. Fluency in a foreign language is an advantage, but again, not essential.
