The European Graduate Programme (EGP) from Sony is a two year high-potential programme which combines business experience, training modules, mentoring and social entrepreneurship. Sony EGP graduates generally have an excellent academic track record in a business-related degree or relevant business experience, such as internships or placements. Additionally, applicants are expected to be operational at a business level in three European languages.
