As a successful undergraduate in this area of engineering, you will work alongside experienced engineers who will guide and support your growth into becoming an experienced member of the software engineering community.

During your placement, you'll work within one of our software teams to deliver best quality, reliable features that delight customers – gaining valuable insight into robust design and implementation and advanced validation techniques or developing tools and processes to support the work of our engineering teams. Along the way, you could find yourself operating within our body chassis, vehicle engineering, engineering operations, powertrain, digital products platform (DPP) or research divisions.

You will need to be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in software engineering, computer science, cyber engineering or a related discipline.

Equally importantly, you will require a real passion for problem solving and the curiosity to understand business challenges and deliver innovative solutions, backed by strong numerical and interpersonal skills and the confidence to champion new initiatives.
