The Team:
Counterparty Manager is a rapidly expanding online platform for secure sharing of client onboarding, regulatory data, and documentation. It's a growth product with a robust pipeline of customers and the need for dynamic individuals to join the success story. The team is spread across multiple locations and interacts with various areas, including product management, development, sales, client services, and operations.
The Impact:
As part of the Buy Side commercial team for the Counterparty Manager product suite, this role plays a crucial part in driving growth and success for the business. By building and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, the individual ensures that the vision and capabilities of the product suite are understood and effectively utilized by clients to improve their client lifecycle management processes. Additionally, the candidate's strong analytical skills and experience in client lifecycle management, process modeling, and workflow development are essential to gathering and disseminating client requirements for product development, designing innovative technologies, and identifying new opportunities in the derivative, trading, client lifecycle management, and regulatory space.

Duration: 16th of June 2025 to 23rd of August 2025
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and developing relationships with buyside, sell side, and custodian firms to ensure they understand how the suite can improve their client lifecycle management processes.
- Additionally, the candidate will be leading the development of innovative technologies to support our client-led product development cycle and must possess strong analytical skills to ensure requirements are gathered, discussed internally, and delivered in a thoughtful and timely manner.
- With this being a rapidly growing area of the business, the candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities in the trading, client lifecycle management, and regulatory spaces while keeping a close eye on customer needs to develop and implement innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or business expected to be completed by Summer 2026
- Strong knowledge of market regulations and experience working in a regulatory role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
